Retro and Modern

I love how deep the fridge and freezer are! It's more narrow than our last fridge but the depth makes up for it. I also like how it shuts itself with just a little tap. I think this might be because it's new and hasn't been 'worked in', but the drawers in the fridge and the freezer don't open very easily…hopefully this will get better the more we use it. I know we made a great choice in this cool retro looking fridge/freezer combo.

Great style, tons of room

We bought this fridge to replace a side by side (worst design ever), and love it. The old fridge seemed to be packed to the gills, and once we moved everything into the new fridge it was only half full! Style is nice...enough with stainless already! Ice maker could be better, placed at the back of the freezer?, but it does the job.

We have only had it a week but love the loo and roomy interior. We had a 1953 GE fridge and were so glad to find one that was retro looking but modern. Only 2 drawbacks- wish it would have something to cover the screw holes on the top of the handles and the freezer was a pull out drawer but so far we are happy with it.

This refrigerator stands out so much for it's design and value in the world of retro inspired products......simply NO comparison! You can spend three to five times as much for look alike knock off products which simply don't measure up. If deco/retro inspired looks are for you, buy it!

Great but one problem

I love the refrigerator but the ice maker has small ice bucket .The ice falls through the wire racks and gets beneath drawer. We had to get a big plastic container to catch it all

I saw this retro style and was immediately interested! Examining the interior photo shots, I knew this was the one for me! Installed this week, runs like a charm, and the top refrigerator is sooo nice! Thank You GE! You knew what consumers are looking for: beauty convenience, affordability! My neighbors are green with envy!
