Beautiful Product

This purchase was a replacement and although we've only had it for a couple weeks, it is exactly what we needed! We have a smallish space for a refrigerator and it fits with room to spare. I wanted a bottom fridge and it fit the budget nicely. If you don't want tons of bells and whistles, but a box to keep your items cold or frozen, this should be your choice. I like the fact that the freezer has a shelf in addition to the drawer; I would have liked maybe a drawer half as wide to make room for additional shelves, and maybe more storage in the freezer door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought it 2 years ago and it's awesome! It looks great and is a very good fridge. And I love retro - so this fit perfectly in my home. Why did you stop producing it???

Beautiful fridge!

Our old fridge died on us a couple months ago, and we had a hard time deciding what kind of fridge we wanted to buy to replace it. My mother convinced us to hold off until this one was available – and I’m glad we waited. It looks wonderful in our kitchen and I love the design. There is so much room in the refrigerator and the bottom freezer has enough space too. Our kitchen looks completely updated just with the new GE fridge (and other GE appliances we bought)! My husband and I are both happy with our purchase.

Just Right !!

bought this Beauty last week and we couldn't be happier with our choice
shopped all of our options thru 6 suppliers, we were limited to the 30" width and were not interested in water/ice dispenser, bottom freezer was not offered in any of the 30" width models that were displayed... then we came upon this eye catching model and immediately I knew it was 'the one' ... it is considerably deeper than other models we compared as well as a finer quality interior (tempered glass shelves, deep storage in door, easy clean, smart design and a retro-look) The delivery was the following day, 24 hrs from purchase the certified GE installers had (as requested) hinge reversed and unit was in place ! My comment was and still remains "it's just right" ... I'm so pleased with our decision.
Mfg suggested temp settings are accurate, so quiet.

Love the look, love the features, wish counter-depth were just a tad less, but am sold on the bottom-freezer/no dispenser design. Just what I want in my kitchen.

I find that the top edge of the plastic crisper bins get caught on the lip of the lower shelf and it's hard to open. The doors were switched and now I see the door handle mounting screw. It's the little stuff but I find it annoying.

DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!

This refrigerator is AWFUL! We bought it 6 months ago and hate it. The crisper drawers are both cracked and busted. The piece across the bottom of the fridge is also broken. The ice maker is slow to make ice and when it dumps out, about half the ice falls between the slats in the shelf in the freezer and then falls underneath the freezer basket. Getting to food in the freezer is next to impossible. We have bought another new refrigerator because this one is so awful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
