I have been an Elton fan since 1970 and truly believe that this is the best album by Elton. I still love music 40 years later, and if anyone would ever ask me my favorite album of all time it would be Yellow Brick Road. Every song is awesome but my all time favorite is Love Lies Bleeding/Funeral for a Friend!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Every song is a winner!
What's not so great: Nothing!
Great "feel" to this album. Every song seems to complement the next/last song. I'm not a big Elton John fan, but let's face it, this album is absolutely amazing!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: What's NOT to like?
What's not so great: None Whatsoever
This is by far the best Elton John album. A classic collection of his best ever hit and the order of the songs also met the mark. Never boring. Would also recommend the albums Caribou and Honky Chateau
