EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service!!

I received this model as a gift and fell in love with it from first liter of sparkling water I made. I recently had a problem with it and I called Customer Service (I initially spoke with Audra, who assured me that it was covered under a 10 (!) year warranty - how many products offer that type of guaranty??). I then troubleshooted over the phone with another customer rep (Jim - who was very patient with me) to see if the problem could easily be resolved and a few minutes later he offered to send me a brand new unit!! They made it so quick and easy by emailing me a pre-paid UPS mailing label and they told me they'd ship a new one as soon as they received my tracking #. I sent my old unit back on a Monday and I got a new unit that Wednesday - unbelievable!! I could not be happier with Sodastream as a product AND as a company - they (and their employees) are awesome! I have given a Sodastream to everyone in my family as gifts and they love them as well.

Love my SodaStream ! I used to water down Lemon Aid, now I put a little Lemon Aid and Soda Water ! I don't let anyone mess with my SodaStream, the best gift to give also. Think health, Drink health !

Love making soda at home!

We love our Soadstream! It is so easy to make so many different flavors all the time. I especially love that there are fewer calories in the mixes than in traditional soda. So nice to make a liter and drink it before it goes bad too! no more wasted soda!

The Genesis looks great and is easy to use. We love it! We've purchased bottled seltzer for more than a decade. I'm certain that we've luged home and then recycled 1,000 or more bottles. NEVER AGAIN!
