What's great about it: Perfect support. The leather looks like the type you find in a Rolls
What's not so great: Long delivery window and slightly over $100 to ship.
Bought this online two days ago. I can't wait to have it delivered...
The sales people do not know how to sell this high end furniture. You have to do your own research.
The demo models in the store are amazing... they really need to market them better. If you call a BB direct, some didn't even know they were even for sale. One guy told me he thought they were just for customers to sit in and watch a TV for sale. Geez.
