I FIRST SET IT UP,A DN EVERYTHIGN WAS GREAT, NOW IT STOPPED WORKING, AHD TO RESEST IT 2X, and still issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lock unlock from anywhere

We have Kevo along with the plus, very convenient. When we are away we can check to make sure our sitter locks the door when she leaves and if not locked we can lock it! We can also unlock the door for someone to get in if we are not at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my first Gen 1 Kevō and recommend it to many friends. it started giving me trouble about a year ago, and totally shut down and locked me out the weekend of Thanksgiving. Kevō generously sent me a Gen 2 lock, but so far, the functionality isn’t great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 2nd generation Kevo in July 2017. It worked fine until two weeks ago the electronics went bad. Kwikset was nice to replace my Kevo under the electronic warranty. The new one has been working fine, and I really like the cool touch feature of the Kevo.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added this to a newly purchased home that was built in 1911. Installation was simple and the lock works great. There were a couple of screws missing, but after 2 attempts, Kwikset sent me the correct ones. The lock works great. An additional benefit is that I never forget my phone when I leave the house since I have to have it on my to lock the door. I was disappointed to find out that it doesn't work directly with Alexa without the Kevo hub, my fault for not thoroughly reading the description.
