Connectivity issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have always had connectivity issues. Constantly have to reconnect with phone app and sometimes with lock itself. Very slow response with touch lock or unlock. Many times have to touch more than once to activate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I called customer support on my faulty Kevo lock, they were very helpful and sent me a new replacement cylinder which I received in just a couple of days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If i leave my phone anywhere within 20 feet, like charging in my front room where my pc is, I can tap the lock on the outside to unlock it. Not very safe for front door lock. I've moved the lock to a different location for the time being. I can force close the app on my phone, but it will restart itself after a certain amount of time goes by.
I'm probably going to return it soon. yes, its convenient to tap unlock it, but not safe enough for my home.

It works about 50% of the time. save your money. Keep a key with you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In its first incarnation at my vacation rental, this worked flawlessly with a fob for six months. Then I added more fobs. Perhaps I confused it, because it never worked correctly and consistently again. It locked or unlocked when I touched the door - no fob or phone in the vicinity - or just wouldn't open for the fobs.

Kevo Connection issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Kevo for over a year and just had it replaced as it was not always connecting on my Android or my family iphone. There are times for me with android it works great, other times not at all. It does open when I use the web site to open and close the lock.
