Good concept few flaws

I've had this lock for three months and have noticed a few bugs. The installation was flawless but execution is noisy, and the lock will only give you a green light if the hole is as deep as the deadbolt. It should learn the depth of the hole for the deadbolt.

I have owned this since the day it went to public yes a few issues but even with issues i have had great customer support that stands by the product.

Great feature

I bought this lock a month ago. My only complaint is that it locks itself randomly every so often.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Kevo's Onboard Demon

Bought more than a year ago and installed it between the garage and the laundry room of our home (our back entrance). After about four (4) months of ownership I noticed it would lock in a position that took all my strength to open from the inside. My wife could not open it so it was my duty. Anyway I called your Customer Service and they basically had me do a "reset" which worked. Well after about a month it happened again and I fix it every few months. So much for that irritating problem. The second problem is that I tap it to enter, the deadbolt opens and the green light turns on and I go in. As soon as I enter the darn thing does a reverse deadbolt lock without any action from me (I did not touch anything) and the open deadbolt in my spring loaded back door slams into the door frame causing a nice dent. This action happens about once a week. Now I pause and hold the door so it does not slam into the door frame. So, together with the previous problem I wonder if your Quality Control department has a fix for this or what? Being a stubborn techie I am always ready to buy something that works like your advertising says it does. Third what is this problem about ANDROID. As you know the Android world is bigger than the iphone world. So does the android app work on my problem riddled lock or not? At this point I have no desire to give another task to this deadbolt failure.

Our Android app has launched, and we are rolling out support to phones with both Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and Bluetooth Smart Peripheral capabilities. My husband and I have iphones and this has been a challenge to sync. Sometimes the device works sometimes not. I have to carry the fob with me at all times

It is so very nice to be able to unlock the house without having to dig out a key - especially when you are carrying something i.e. groceries.
