Great when it works

I love the convenience of this Kevo Lock, but often have to touch the lock multiple times and wait for it to cycle through it's "looking" cycle before you can try again. At this point, I could have already gotten my keys out and used them. So, I'm torn, because when it works, it's wonderful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have you had a chance to update your lock to version 1.2.3? Our latest updates include Auto-Calibration, which may help your Kevo more quickly authenticate your device. We highly recommend upgrading to the latest mobile app and lock software version to ensure the best experience and to reduce the risk of accidental unlocking by an unauthorized user outside.

Works great but always take your phone or key

I've had since right around when it launched. It has worked great and as expected the only issue I find sometimes is if I leave the house like to take the garbage out but leave my phone inside, I may touch the lock and it will actually lock me out, one time my wife went to get the mail and her phone was at least 20 feet behind the door and she was locked out all day until I got home. Unfortantely we didn't have a spare key hidden outside, so just make sure you have access to some key in case you get locked out

Great purchase

We got this lock and was extremely happy with it. It's amazing how easy you can get in your house, even with your hands full. We did have a problem with it just locking and unlocking whenever it chose to. We called and was walked through steps to try and fix it, although nothing worked. They sent us out a new one with no questions asked. The only problem we have, is for the price, I think more free key accesses should be included. We,are very pleased with the lock and the customer service. Thanks for a great product.

I love this deadbolt and the fact I don't have to use a key to open my door. Yet, it is still safe!

Poor investment!

This product worked for about a week. We are now on our third lock and once again it's not working! So very frustrated that we've wasted our money. Not to mention our house is not secure when this product does work...it likes to unlock itself just as you walk away! So now we have the batteries out, waiting for another replacement. As of now it's just a VERY overpriced deadbolt and a huge disappointment!!!
