It has a few glitches but it is a good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these for our new home and we have been using them for about nine months. I had issues with one of my locks from the start. The lock kept jamming. Customer service was very helpful they sent me instructions and it was resolved. I have had to reset the same lock twice because it keeps having the same issue. I have my phone set as my key but my boyfriend prefers to use a regular key and often when we are leaving together and he is using his key and my phone is in proximity it counters his actions. My phone will sometimes work perfectly but often it requires me to log into the app before it will which is no more convenient than fishing for your keys. So yes it's a good product but it has it's frustrating moments.

Not horrendous

Bought it for convenience, works mostly great. A few times it'll take a few tries to unlock, and my other half complains about it but cool that i can unlock it from the bedroom (i live in an apartment) if i ever need to. Love the history so if i'm ever questioned on when i got home or something like that, its easy to prove :)

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock for better control of who has the ability to open my door. the ability to add and delete authorized users with my phone is an awesome feature. I also added KEVO Plus and it works absolutely wonderful. Although the lock doesn't work 100% of the time, that's to be expected, but I would still highly recommend it.

Great but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I want to say this is a great product as advertised. It dose everything it sais and it dose it well.
Marked took two stars off due to two safety concerns and automatic locking when closing door behind you. First Lets talk about safety I have seen to many test where this lock was unable to deter even the most armature individual from braking into it. for this I had to reduce the rating. Second the locks touch feature is so sensitive that it looks every time I close the door. That is even then walking out of the house to though out the trash the door lock(always when I have my phone on me), no big deal as it only dose this when I have my phone on me so I can get back in but this is still very annoying.
Over all I think this is a great lock with more featured then many other company offer but the safety issue needs to be addressed and may even need to be recalled.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it works great as long as i remember to bring my phone and/or fob. a little concerned about leaving fob/phone in the house close to the door and allowing anyone access who touches door. i ordered the kevo plus to compliment this product and to be able to keep an eye on status of door when i'm away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lock of the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that I no longer need to keep keys on me to lock and unlock my door. There is a slight delay, but I can unlock the door with full hands now. The back of the product on the inside is a bit big, but you get used to that pretty quickly. The locking/unlocking is also a little loud, but again, easy to get used to. And giving out keys and using them through the app is easy - so even my mother can now use this lock at my house.
I would recommend this to a friend!
