Great when it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock a year ago and it works sometimes and some times it doesn't. The problem is that if I go take my garbage out it has occasionally locked the door behind me, locking me out, which is a big problem if you happen to run outside to catch the garbage truck and now you are standing outside in -40 C temperatures in your pjs. Also, when it works correctly it can be slow. So slow that it takes less time to pull an actual key pout of your pocket. So if you buy it make sure to carry an actual key or hide oner somewhere outside or you may be in trouble. Disappointed as this lock was not cheap!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great...when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it 6 months ago for ur front door. I hope I never have to be in a hurry to get in the door because it is very slow to recognize the phone app. Takes over a minute to connect then it usually does not open on the first try. I stopped using the door and use the side door where we have a key pad lock. The only nice thing I have to say is that if you forget to lock the door, you can use the remote app to lock it... it won't unlock though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought one of these locks for the my condo in the city and now have changed out all of my locks at multiple properties. Being able to switch between locks on my phone and allow keys to be sent to friends makes owning multiple places easy to manage. The would highly recommend this lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is not made well. The motor sounds really weak and is very slow. It often stops in the middle of locking or unlocking the door. I wish I could get a refund or at least a replacement as my lock is useless.
