Stopped working with IOS update

I liked the convenience of my Kevo lock when it worked. I didn't have to fish out a key to open my door, just touch the lock with my phone in my pocket and the app running in the background and the lock unlocked. After the IOS update my lock won't unlock unless I fish out my phone and specifically unlock the lock tapping the key in the phone app. What is the value of that ... I could get my key out of my pocket just as easily as getting out my phone. What was once convenient is now of no value.

Love the idea of touch to open and lock. Unfortunately the technology is not there. On most occasions it takes multiple attempts to either lock or unlock the door. To say the least, I am disappointed.

It is intermittent, and has locked us out of the house multiple times. I have a ton of technology in my home. Control 4, amazon echo's, Rachio, nest, Arlo, etc. this is the only technology that doesn't work!

Hit or Miss Functionality

Must be reset frequently, to work. We only use basic function - never sent temporary keys, for example. About 30% of the time I just end-up pulling out my regular key. Arrgghhh!

El poder enviar "las llaves" por internet a una persona a distancia en una gran ventaja. Lo único malo es que no son muchos los modelos de Android con los que funciona.

Nothing but problems; difficult to set up

Initial set up was difficult and took a lot of time. Change the batteries and haven't got it to work yet. Kevo has on their website a comment about problems with software. Don't recommend.
