[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the almost - counter depth refrigerator. It's big enough for all my food, plus extra space for entertaining and grandkids. I'm not fond of the freezer. Almost too small to hold enough food, and will give an error - code, maybe because air gets into the back. That locks up the control panel. I had maintenance out to check, they described what would cause that, said there was nothing broken, just make sure it closes all the way. It happened again anyway. Overall, it does what it needs to do. I'll be buying a different brand next time.

The freezer is on the bottom but is larger than it appears and makes good use of space. The French refrigerator doors allow for a lot of space within hand reach. Overall very happy with product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator in November, installed in December. Love the space and the bottom, spacious freezer. The only drawback, and it's small, is that the ice cubes are a bit small. Otherwise, love the product.

I have had my LG refrigerator just under 1 year. Vibration is terrible - can't have any bottles, etc. touching the walls or the audible hum will drive you nuts, in door ice maker also hums when full. Exterior stainless steel looks awful; I follow the recommended instructions and clean with soap and water only. Cannot get rid of smudges. Although I do like the size, open door alarm, and easy on-door controls, I will not buy LG again.
