The filter can be hard to change and my husband has a tendency to lean on the freezer drawer while open, but I think after 4 years it still looks great. Our compressor went and after I contacted Lg they came out within two days, replaced it and It was all covered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this refrigerator for nearly 3 years now (and one of the same LG brand but slightly different model in my previous home) and I love them. Easy to use, great features such as the ice & water dispenser out front, information displays and everything inside stays cold and fresh. The freezer drawer at the bottom is very convenient as well. My only issue is that lately I have been having some condensate collections inside dribbling outside via a gasket. Repair folks are going to be here today to fix it. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Now it's in need of repair as the water and ice maker stopped working. I was told by an appliance repairman that LG refrigerators commonly have problems. Hoping it's not too complicated or expensive to fix! Will look at other brands in the future.
