Unfortunately I am not impresses of the drawer freezer, and it is difficult to find anything without emptying a shelf. Will try to rearrange the shelves again; but wouldn't choice to buy this style. I do enjoy the icemaker and water dispenser, it doesn't make ice fast enough though. Side by side will be next choice!

Broke just after warranty expired. LG washer needs work after 2 years. I'll never buy LG AGAIN!

I have had this fridge and it was amazing and now I trying to get repaired and it taking a long time would like a better schedule for service !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 5 years ago, the Wednesday before this Christmas the compressor died. Opened freezer to soft meat! Bad part is that the temperature sensor on the door still said zero. . Since this unit has the same compressor for the refrigerator all that food was warm too. That sensor said 36 degrees. With Covid the repair service couldn’t get here for a week and new parts are taking 3 weeks. Had my last refrigerator- freezer for 15 years. So sad.

We have had this L G for almost 10 years, this is the 3rd refrigerator I have bought but it proved not to last very long. It's hard to find a repair person to work on it. Very disappointed customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for 9 years. I have not had a problem with it staying cold so that is good. However, the ice maker has broken and I can’t get the panel to fix it. Not sure if it’s discontinued or constantly out of stock. And the door stopper has broken which prevents the door from catching upon closing. This also is an impossible task to replace.
