[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stay far away! The known issue with the compressor caught up with me. Ruined everything in freezer and fridge. The cost to fix was almost the price of a new fridge. Based on that, i had a relatively new fridge hauled away and replaced it with a different brand fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with this French door refrigerator, the interior lay out is very good, the ice and water dispenser is convenient. A good product.
This fridge has had nothing but issues. Ice maker is bad and inside either freezes over or defrosts on its own. Its sitting in the garage and not usable. I tried to get LG to offer us some money towards a replacement. But requests have gone unanswered.

Refrigerator has provided us with nine years of absolutely no issues. Going into the 10th year, the compressor gave out, but was covered under the 10 year warranty. Out of pocket was for labor only. Ice maker is a bit small, but we have found that dumping the ice into a bin in the freezer will keep it going during the summer heavy use season. Water filter is easy to change. Plenty of room for a counter depth size and inside is well lit. Fridge is quiet also.
