Terrible Reliability and Tray Features

The freezer drawer continually derails and the wheel components have broken off the tray numerous times. This is characteristic of our LG dishwasher racks as well. The ice maker often jams with cubes in the bottom of the tray. And now the unit will not refrigerate and is waiting on repair.

Great Refrigerator with great features

I feel a little bad after reading a lot of these reviews. I purchased this fridge almost 12 years ago (Nov 2012) and it’s still running fine. I haven’t had any issues, no repair calls at all. The only issue I have now is not having enough room when I meal prep. The produce drawer could be a little bigger. Temperature for the fridge and freezer works perfectly. Love the adjustable shelving and it doesn’t use a ton of energy. I was a little surprised that it’s almost 13 years old. Hope my next one last just as long.

It will only last about 13 years

This fridge was great until my ice wasn't harvesting. Then I noticed it was because the temperature wasn't low enough for the freezer. My compressor was starting to go after 13 years. I wish they made them like they used to to last 20 years or more but they don't and we have to deal with companies making cheaper products for higher prices. But they all do it so we all have to deal with it.
