Great Features

So far this seems to be a good product. It was a little hard to set up because of so much confusion with different techs, but they were great and we finally got it set up. I've tried everything but the fax and all works well, but be careful with what kind of card stock you use because this printer doesn't take heavy duty card stock. Other than that it's a very good product.
I've used brother in the past but this is the only one that I kept because of all the features. I needed 2 sided printing and this does it very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

worst purchase ever

we bought this MFC-J835DW.
it is our worst purchase ever. Should have gone with the laser. We have had many brother printers. this one has no ink capacity. print quality is terrible at best. to bad we didn't get to use it much untill it was to late to return it. If this is the quality brother is starting to put out, i guess we will be looking for other manufacturers. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. I would return it in a heart beat.. Steer clear of this product.

Better then last 2 HP's

Brother was recommended by 2 friends. The price was great for all-in-one home use. However, Since I have cable bundle I cannot seem to connect fax part and now scan keeps defaulting to fax. Very frustrating. Modems and routers are diving me crazy!!! Other than that, I like the printer and also it's very compact to fit into my small desk shelf.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brother Products are grate I have a few and I'm very happy with all of them.
This compact inkjet all-in-one with wireless networking and 3.3" web connect touchscreen interface is the best I have ever had.

I wanted a printer compatible with my wife's iPad. I got that plus an unneeded scanner and fax. I also liked the fact that this printer can print on CDs and DVDs. This is the first printer I have had that actually prints reliably on disks. For the price, this printer/scanner/fax works very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Designs for the CD labeler is very limited, they didn't even include it in the Brother ceative center

I've had this a while now and simply put, I love it. It does what it's advertise to do and extremely easy to set up. If you're thinking about buying one of these, don't hesitate.
