Best Printer Ever!

What to say.. A great printer for all my needs. Meets and exceeds all of my expectations and I only look to Brother for all my printing needs. Very easy to set up and the wireless is great. Ink is normally a concern with printers but not this one. I've had mine for about two months and I still haven't used up the cartridges. Brother is definitley the underdog but deserves top consideration when looking for a truly quality product. Can't say enough great things. Love mine so much that I went and bought two more as gifts. You won't be dissapointed. Great job Brother keep up the great work!

Like the faxing and copying features, I have not tried the printing and scanning features yet. Luv the touchscreen. Cartridges may be a little expensive but the photos that I print from my digital camera comes out beautiful, so that means that it is worth buying them. First time using a Brother product and I am really satisfied. Will recommend this machine to my friends. Good job Brother!

Big Bang For The Buck

This unit is worth every penny. I had a different brand printer that printed directly on the CD /DVD like this unit but it was a pain to get aligned and cost twice as much. My old unit did not have auto duplex printing (printing on both sides) or WiFi. The WiFi on this unit was easy to set up and has just about every bell and whistle an All in One Printer needs and then some. I almost never write GREAT, 5 star reviews but I had no other choice with this one. This is My first Brother Printer but WILL NOT be my last.

I am very happy with my Brother J835DW all in one printer. It has done an exceptional job in all my printing, copying, faxing and scaning needs. The ink cartridges are also easy to take out and install in again. Hope it lasts for a long time.

Worst Printer Ever

We did our research and had other Brother products and we went with this printer. It uses INK like its going out of style. It has to clean itself ever few hour/days. With this on it does not clean worth beans. When we went to use it we had to go to self clean mode 5x's to get it to print in black. In turn it uses up all the other colors. One report of 15 pages took up half the black ink. Next day we had to re-clean everything as before and the black was then done for, empty. If we leave it unplugged it does the same thing. Black plugs up or dries up. We never had other printer that do this so quickly. And the ink prices are not that cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

complex & confusing

This printer would rate 5 stars if the instruction manuals could be simplified. And without plug and play, setup is entirely too cumbersome. I still have not located the ethernet connection. Print quality seems to be adequate. But I would not recommend to a small business owner.

IT DOES EVERYTHING BUT I AM NOT SURE IF THE FAX IS SET UP CORRECTLY. I HAVEN'T TRIED PRINTNG PICTURES YET. I WISH THE PAPER BIN HELD MORE SHEETS
