Worst product ever

Purchase the Samsung washer and dryer set in 2014. Nine months after the purchase the dryer broke. Needed a idler. Here we are nine months after this repair and the same thing happened again. Obviously Samsung's tech's have no idea how to develop a good quality dryer. I will never purchase another Samsung product again and will encourage everyone I come into contact with not to buy them.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we purchased this dryer a few years ago. in less than a year we had to have the motor replaced. now the heating element has failed. very frustrating. we will never purchase a samsung dryer again.

Buyer beware

i had a twelve month warranty on this, and i find it awfully peculiar that just three months past warranty expiring, its broke. buyer beware

Great dryer...when it works

i have had to have the wheel for the belt replaced because it melted. the moisture sensor has stopped working so have to used timed drying and now there is no heat. so disappointing.

DONT BUY SAMSUNG

Dryer under 5 yrs old and just stopped working on me..no indication of failure either. Won't turn on won't even light up. 600 dollars for a dryer is really crazy especially since it looks still brand new

Nothing but issues

I LOVED this dryer the first 6 to 12 months I had it. After that I started having issues. I have owned it 3 years and had someone out to fix it twice under warranty and now, less than a year after the warranty is up, the motor blows and another expensive fix. Needless to say, I am buying a new set and I will never touch a samsung appliance again. Between this and the exploding washer sitting next to it, I have no faith in the company when it comes to appliances anymore.
