Finally Beatiful Alternative to Stainless Steel

We were looking for new appliances but do not like stainless steel and the good old stand by colors are boring. The slate finish is beautiful & stylish. An excellent alternative. Love the French door style also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice functional ..w/ a few negatives

Exterior finish w/ Slate...is awesome. We are NOT SS fans & replacing black appliances. Replaced all appliances w/ Slate. Looks incredible w/ the wall color & the granite counters.
Just a few negatives though...Crisper Drawer (left)sticks really badly & difficult to open even w/ both hands. Need to kind of jiggle it to get it open. Drawer on right will only open w/ both doors open (poor design) Drives me crazy!
Lots of bins on door, but seem small.
Have to really stand there & close refrigerator doors - or they will STAY OPEN.
Freezer space...is just ONE BIG bin. Items get "lost" at the bottom & need to remove some items to look at everything. There is a smaller drawer in freezer - haven't found
a use for it yet.
There wasn't any available in stock to see before we bought this one. & we had to get this size to fit into our townhouse.

I just love this refrigerator. Lots, of space, holds more than my last one which was a different brand and was 26.3 cf. Love the slate color and intend to purchase a stove/oven in slate color in the future.

Love this frig with it's stylish looks and features. Plenty of room inside for large containers and bottom freezer has a large compartment too. Like the door alarm if the frig door does not get closed all the way. Very good idea if you have kids.

Great Storage!

My appliances are now all updated to the GE slate color. This refrigerator was the last addition and I love it! I used to have a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. I am so happy with the amount of storage in the refrigerator and the convenience of the French door style. I had store service people deliver and install the refrigerator and they were excellent as well!
