Does not dry heavy materials very well. Takes a very long time over the performance of our last dryer. (not a samsung)

This product doesn't meet any expectations of what a dryer should do and service is next to none!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, never has worked properly, warranty should be thrown out with the trash, very poor service

My previous set were front loaders, and after 12+ years the smell and mold in washer was out of control, so went back to top loader. I expected my washer/dryer set to be an excellent investment for my family. However, almost every washer load has to be put through a second spin cycle, and every dryer load takes almost 2 hours to dry. The looks and features are impressive, but the performance is lacking.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has a large capacity, but I have to change the setting to extra dry on every load in order to get the clothes completely dry. The dryer works great, I just wish I could create a preset on the settings that stays until I change it.

the hand wash basket is awesome for the finer clothing you don't want to put in washer. quick rinse and your done. love this , like having a slop sink for those delicate items

Great dryer so far!

I did some research before buying this dryer, have had it for about a month and love it so far! I really like the light when the door is opened, not a big deal to some I'm sure. The clothes come out unwrinkled and bedding does not get tangled up.
Pros: Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!
