This product has great features

We've only had this dryer for a week but have used it every night since and so far it works as expected. It's quiet and seems to work well. Looking forward to trying the steam capabilities soon.

Worked great at first....

Have had this dryer about a year and then all of sudden it began making strange noises accompanied by loud squeaks and squeals. The dryer had to be disassembled to replace an idler assembly to fix the problem. We are now testing in hopes the noises do not return. Similar to our recalled Samsung washer, the service tech Samsung contracted advised that he sees this all the time and this product will likely have a short useful life. Disappointing, as our hard-earned money is probably "going to go down the drain".
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Samsung dryer has nice features. The size works great being as that I have 3 active boys! I do wish the sensor that detects if the clothes are dry would work better though. When I pull the clothes out, the clothes are still moist and damp. Not lovin that. I then have to reprogram it.

I bought this dryer two weeks ago, and I am sooo happy with it! I dried three loads of laundry in 4 1/2 hours! For this busy mom of 3 that makes me beyond thrilled!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Inexpensive

Our dryer motor burnt out and we had to buy a new dryer. I did a lot of research on dryers including customer satisfaction and reviews, features, price and the over look of the dryer. While I am still getting used to all the new features, I absolutely love the new dryer. The only thing I wish was different is that the top of the dryer is not flat, there is a bit of a slant to it.

I just recently bought the washer/ dryer set, actually just received it saturday 1-28-17. I am so eager to try out the different setting capabilities that i asked my friend to bring over her laundry because i didnt have enough to try them all. this is like the rolls royce of dryers..well done samsung!
