Good dryer with a major flaw

My wife is satisfied with the dryer. However, I was trying to reverse the door following the instruction this morning. When I was lifting the back cover off, my finger got cut by the sharp edge of the metal cover. More precisely, it is the metal burr probably caused by the press. It was not ground off. My finger was bleeding and I have to use a band aid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

old dryer took a dive, this new dryer is a great buy, really advanced, tons of features and does a great job on all laundry,
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, advanced technology

Product needed a repair just after warranty expired! Disappointed!!

I purchased this dryer in Dec 2015. Overall I have liked it. However, just a few months after the warranty expired, it already needed a repair. A pulley went bad causing it to squeal and run loud. I am very disappointed that such a large investment would already need a repair in just a short time of owning it. The washer purchased as a set was also recalled and needed repaired. Both of these are indication that the Samsung quality is subpar. The previous washer/dryer set I owned lasted 15 years with minimal issues. Needless to say I am very disappointed and would not recommend the Samsung washer/dryer products to anyone.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love that I can fit a queen size comforter in both. They are easy to use . I also love the presoak tub in the washer. Can wash lace delicates in it.
Pros: Inexpensive

Mine just broke in less then 2 years. It only has a 1 year warranty. Do not buy!
