my first tablet still learning all the features so far so good.i would like to have had a usb port,i like the speakers to be facing me and the sound quality could be a little better but with the bose ear phones buds the sound is great also the many apps I can download is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had the Slate 10 for about 3 weeks now and I really like it. Setup was easy and when I signed up with the same Google id as my Android phone all the apps I have on my phone were automatically downloaded. That's probably an Android feature, but a big time saver in any case. The display is very sharp and the speakers are better than the speakers on my old iPad. I like that it has the ability to add a Micro SD card to expand the memory. So far I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love this tablet!
I got one for my Mother in law for Xmas and she loves it. I got a second one for my wife as she was getting rid of her Ipad and she is very happy with it.
The only thing I will recommend is a cover that is slim/magnetic like the Ipad. A bulky cover or carry on defeats the purpose of the tablet and makes it clunky!

My husdan gave me a tablet for my birth day it was not Abe to give me what I was looking for I was not able to down load my bank send it back got my HP stale 10hd I am a very happy camper love it

I was excited to get the Slate 10 but now that I have it, I really don't care for it. It seems very slow and clumbersome. Somewhat heavy to hold for long periods of time. Settings seem off a bit as in trying to get social sites to have smaller pictures and to have it all on the page doesn't happen. I wish I would have done more research before taking the HP's customer service rep's advice on buying this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
