Better than expected

I love the rich sound coming out of these headset. Comfort levels for these are like best compared to soft pillows. I spent about 4 months looking, comparing, and also reading feedback to headsets. I was looking for something for work (knock out my annoying boss talking), mobile phone (calls & music), and gaming (of course). This product hits all 3 perfectly. I am pleased with the product and look forward doing more business with Polk.

I have always been a Polk fan and this is another gem in their product line. The sound is so much clear and of high fidelity. I use it with my Xbox 360 and with Xbox One (with an adapter). Had to contact Polk customer service for some help and they went above and beyond to help with all the questions. I highly recommend this product.

Bought these for use with xbox one, contacted customer service and emailed Ken specifically, received the adapter within just a few days and can say that this headset works like a dream. Surround sound is unbelievable and the microphone is great. Thanks Ken!
