I am so excited, and proud to own, this new refrigerator. It is beautiful, has lots of room, style is awesome. The flex zone drawer is such an added plus. I will honestly use this feature more than the rest! It looks so nice in my kitchen and with my new stove too. The dark stainless is just gorgeous. High quality. I am thrilled to own this and use it!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, size, options, inside storage space in all areas, temperature controls, door alarm, temperature readings

This refrigerator is set up perfect for small household of 3. Our kitchen was not made for a normal size . Therefore, we bought the 33 inch wide. It is going to work, well. We do have a wall on the left side and can not open the door wide enough to take out the ice container. We will have to pull out 2 feet in order to do this. But, that might only be needed on rare occasions. We will just find a good container to store some extra ice for the big parties. And the refrigerator rolls and moves very easily. We had to line up right door with left door. Followed the instructions and lined the door up properly. We are very happy with this choice.

Our old refrigerator died and we needed a new one. The four doors are wonderful. The best feature is the middle drawer that can switch between standard refrigeration and simulating "on ice" conditions for storing shrimp trays and the like. We really like the 33 degree setting that allows us to age our own steaks. There's nothing like aged beef. It keeps hard cider cold and holds plenty of 12 oz. cans and sandwich meats. The door handles are the best on the market and easy on old hands.
The doors are the least functional item, particularly the water/ice dispensing side. Curved surfaces and very narrow trays don't hold much and there are no height adjustments. The right door is easily adjusted to hold tall bottles and milk jugs in the bottom tray but there are no adjustment levels after that. That means condiment bottles have to go in the main fridge which isn't the handiest. Change the doors and this product goes from very good to excellent.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, overall design and function, center drawer

Temp control is outstanding----top freezer drawer is very convenient---- access to ice , maker in case of a problem ( none yet) seems clumsy.----seems we gave up some tall item--Have to get accustomed to pushing shut the top doors-- storage in the frig----temp controlled center drawer is a stroke of genius--best frig we've ever had. thanks

I am so excited. I desperately needed a new refrigarator and I am so glad I went with this one. It was delivered today and if the fridge works anything like the delivery service then I am going to be one happy camper. Hats off to McCall, Dekota and Tay at the Charlotte Warehouse for going over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! Will keep you posted on the performance!

Very pleased with our purchase. Excellent freezer space, very quiet. Refrigerator section has everything easily visible. Like the middle drawer with the many options of what to put in it and how you can section it off. And the fridge looks beautiful in my kitchen.
