The product has great designs

We are very happy with our new refrigerator. We especially like the large extra refrigerator door. No need to open the whole refrigerator when what we want is readily available. Also happy withe side shelves. Would highly recommend this product.

I just LOVE my new Fridge. It looks gorgeous and has plenty of space. I love the middle drawer with four temperature settings. Also very nice to have movable dividers for the freezer compartment.
Pros: Inexpensive

I had limited height and width dimensions to deal with, so my selection of refrigerators was somewhat limited. I was happy to see this Samsung product met my dimensions. I was looking for a 3 door French door model. But the extra flexibility of a 4 door model was appealing. I'm glad I selected this model. I have only had it for about 2 months, but I am very happy with it, so far. None of the issues expressed by some on-line reviews.
Pros: 4 door flexibility, good storage room for limited outside deminsions

Love the big space and all the ways you can adjust the shelfs to what suits you. Love the drawers in the midle use it for the kids snacks they love it..

Besides just being beautiful and the hilite ,of the kitchen ,guests are impressed with the refrigerators middle drawer features. They open the drawer and have a selection of wines set at the perfect temp., plus note all the other features!!! I purchased all the new stainless steel black appliances and WOW!!! Each one has features they rave about!! Thanks for the excellent thought put into each product!!!!

Ice make is terrible

We purchased this refrigerator because of the advertised ability to produce more ice than others and the layout configuration. We are very pleased with the design of the layout and capacity. The ice make has been a disappointment from the start.
Water pressure is a problem for us because we are on a well and that has likely contributed to the lack of ice production, but ice continually clogs and freezes above the bucket. The unit leaked into the middle drawer after about 6 months and had to be replaced along with the bucket which cracked. It has dripped into the dispenser tray since day 1, and the ice bucket broke again. We had to turn the ice maker off.
Two of my relatives purchased this same unit and have also had continuous issues with the ice maker clogging during dispense to the bucket and freezing the cubes above the bucket as ours did. They also experience the constant drip through the door dispenser. Both have had their units serviced and components replaced. Problems persist.
Samsung did a terrible job with this ice maker. The design should allow for lower water pressure and the mechanism should be reliable.
Unless Samsung can resolve these issues I would not recommend any refrigerator that uses this ice maker.
