Icemaker is problematic

Initially it was impossible to remove the ice bucket/tray. Service replaced tray mechanism. Now months later, it is making binding noise and tray cannot be removed
Pros: Bright display, 4th door
Cons: icemaker
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this French Door refrigerator and could not be more pleased. Replaced my older side by side and am thrilled with all the space and ease of use; no more pulling everything out to find what I need and then discovering something no longer recognizable loitering at the back. I can see everything at a glance. I love the pull out drawers and it makes organizing easy.
Pros: love the black stainless steel
Cons: not found one
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing...at first

This refrigerator was amazing at first. It was the only model that was skinny enough to fit my 33" wide opening with all the features we were looking for. Beautiful design and worked well...until it didn't. We have been suffering from a frost buildup problem that won't go away and can't be fixed due to lack of parts. This problem causes it to get gradually warm and spoil all your food. The first 2 years of ownerhship this was amazing and now I just want something that keeps my food cold.

Unreliable. Needs constant repairs.

have had many problems with this refrigerator. worked fine for about a year, until it was off of warranty. have spent hundreds of dollars in repairs but still having problems. very disappointed.

**If the ice bucket can't be easily removed, it's more than likely frozen. If this happens, do not use force to remove it, or use anything such as a hairdryer to defrost it.

So many pieces have broken

starting at 6 months, i have had to replace 2 door shelves, the roller assembly for the fruit drawer, and now the piece that slides from the left door to close the gap between the two doors.
