Works great But LOUD

The refrigerator looks and works great. Only downside is the noise from the compressor and motor. I have had a tech come out and look at it and was told that was normal.. I don't believe that is normal. I expect much Better from Samsung and doubt this is a common problem.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, loud
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my fridge

This has met all expectations to date. Holds temperature well, quiet, easy clean. Tldid not expect to like the sliding drawer, but it is one of my favorite points. Holds deli meats, etc, so main fridge doesn't get opened all the time. Did I mention quiet?
Pros: Bright display

Sturdy handles are unique in their design. The ice maker works great! Interior LED lighting makes use at night so easy. Interior shelving that moves with ease is wonderful. Really like the center storage drawer that allows for four different uses, and alternative temperature control. The freezer drawers are solid construction. The lowest, largest one allows for storage of heavier, larger items, like a turkey or roast. I have purchased several refrigerators over the years. This is the absolute best! I highly recommend it.

This ice maker has many problems and currently has a class action lawsuit regarding the ice maker issues. My ice bin bucket has cracked many times

Beware of icemaker issues

spent more money. nothing but problems with ice maker. the ice maker freezes up.

This refrigerator is a dream come true

It had been 25 years since I bought my last refrigerator. With that in mind I decided it would be best to replace the appliance while I had the luxury to shop sales. Between Black Friday and mid-January I shopped and researched refrigerators. My great conundrum was that the space for the old refrigerator was created when refrigerators were smaller, when they still used Freon. A larger refrigerator would not only cover some light switches but also might look too bulky in our open kitchen. I was delighted when I discovered the 33” Samsung French-door appliance (this was my preferred style) in white (YAY!).
We have had the refrigerator for six months and so far it has been an excellent choice. It has far more space than I anticipated. The slim line ice maker frees precious interior space and the retractable bottom shelves allow for the storage of taller items. The bottom drawer freezer continues to amaze me with how much it holds. The fourth drawer is versatile and handy. It can be used as a freezer when the situation calls for but is a nice space for those things you frequently use. Milk jugs are best stored in the door, a habit I now must acquire. One criticism, if one must be made, is that if you are a “warehouse” shopper, there isn’t a lot of room for huge containers or bags of vegetables and gigantic containers of condiments or pickles.
This appliance looks like a piece of fine furniture in my open kitchen. My experience with this refrigerator will compel me to give Samsung ranges a closer look when the time comes to buy a new stove.
Pros: beautiful yet functional, spacious, versatile
