Purchased this refrigerator in August 2016. Waited to post review as I wanted to see its performance for a few months. Purchase the stainless steel color
PROS
1. Appearance - Very attractive looking refrigerator. Get compliments whenever anyone sees it.
2. Love the middle extra drawer. We use this all the time for things you are always going into your refrigerator to pull out (water bottle, butter, cream cheese, deli meat, etc.)
3. Was worried about the freezer space, but am very happy with how much space there is in there. Much more space than I thought we would have
4. Water and ice maker - Works great. We are big water and ice drinkers and have never run out of ice. Water is a good temperature for drinking all the time. (Family of 5 Adults)
5. Top portion of refrigerator is attractive inside. Drawers are good side and the shelf on the left near the ice maker lifts up for tall items, as well as the shelf on the right can be adjusted to glide in to make a 1/2 shelf.
6. Noises - Refrigerator runs quietly. No noises other than the ice maker every once in a while.

CONS
1. Appearance - Although attractive this refrigerator constantly has fingerprints on it. No children in our home. All adults. I am constantly cleaning it as they are very noticeable especially around the door handle area of the refrigerator and the inner part of the door. Would suggest going with the grey color if your kitchen allows.
2. Middle drawer - The middle drawer is great. The only problem with this drawer is that it is difficult to pull something out from the back portion of the drawer. I find that you need to open the french doors to get more space to grab the item. This is probably because of the way I have my items set up. So I put the items I don't go for all the time in the back portion.
3. Freezer - Have no problems with the freezer portion of this item. There is a top drawer in the freezer that is very convenient to store smaller items.
4. Water and Ice Maker - The only con to the ice maker is that if you don't hold you cup right up to the entire opening, the ice will miss the cup and fall of the floor. Not a big deal, we just put our cups right up to it and don't have a problem. The stand for the water area where any missed water would go to is very small, so you have to keep up with that as well, but not a big deal. Maybe for someone with children it would be.
5. Refrigerator - The temperature in the refrigerator is perfect. I have noticed that my food does last longer. Two shelves can be made to store taller items. However, you lose space for other items when this happens. I took the "split" shelf on the right and put my large size pitcher in there for iced tea, which fit perfectly, BUT I had to turn it sideways because the doors would not close, which caused me to lose a portion of the refrigerator for one time.
The door on the left is basically wasted because of the ice maker. You can store smaller items there, but not much. The right side is ok. I can fit 1/2 gallon of milk, 1/2 gallon of OJ and maybe one or two more smaller (tall) items on the bottom shelf on the right. Pretty decent space for the right. Drawers are a good size and glide very easily and food stays fresh.

Overall, this is a very nice refrigerator. But I will tell you that I more than likely would have returned it if I was home the day they delivered it. Not for the appearance, but more for the set up of my own kitchen and where the refrigerator is located.

Fancy and sleek design. The 4 drawer with dynamic settings. It's a perfect refrigerator for any family. It's hard to find a 33" refrigerator that is as good looking as this one.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: water spout drips sometimes.

I'm only had this for lesson a month. What are the good features in this product Is unbelievable.
I have had many refrigerators since 1965. None of them where as good as this product! I wish I know about Samsung Products way back. I would've purchased them.

So pleased with this purchase. Love the space on the doors -3 full gallon size shelves on the right. Retractable middle shelf comes in handy for tall items (like my wine). Middle drawer perfect for chilling drinks (icy cold). Lots of freezer room. Superb lighting. Very happy we went with this one after shopping for the perfect fit in our remodel.

I use the upper drawer as a deli drawer for lunchmeats & cheeses and it is so handy! But I love the whole frig and freezer!

The refrigerator looks great. Love the color. The only feature that needs help is the ice maker. Takes up valuable space. Two of the side shelves are very limited as to what a person can put in the door shelving.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, beautiful to look at

Great design and ergonomics

This kitchen appliance seems to be a bit intuitive in its design and features. When I open it up, I can see everything inside, reach everything inside and store huge quantities of products. The storage drawer is just plain terrific in design and use. I would suggest that sometime in the future there will be two storage drawers, and not one. The freezer drawer is well thought out by the designers with a storage lip on the drawer front, and great ease in organizing what I have to store. the specifications of this say it is 24 cubic feet, but I think it acts like it is 30 cubic feet in that it is so easy to use. I am quite pleased with my purchase and encourage others to look closely at this refrigerator.
Pros: Bright display, huge interior, great design
