we purchased this fridge in july 2014. we have discovered that the temperature shown on the front of the fridge is off by 15 degrees. food cannot be safely stored at 50 degrees. after doing research we found that the ice maker constantly freezing over, the incorrect temperature reading, and the compressor issues are super common and known about (google it). these issues are not warranty related and are a design defect.
we are incredibly disappointed that this is still being sold and that nothing is being done for consumers. people don't expect to spend good money on this fridge for it to only last 5 years.
do yourself a favor and research before buying.

Seems to be good refridgerator

Like everybody else we love the middle drawer for drinks and lunch items. Had to have the 33" for our space yet is 4 cu. ft. larger than the old side by side it replaced. Items seem to stay fresher in this unit. Also like the large freezer. Ice maker a little more noisey than old one, not a problem.
Pros: Bright display, easy to clean.
Cons: none

Love the FlexZone™ drawer (Got Pizza)

This is an excellent product. I have had a traditional refrigerator with the freezer on the top and the refrigerator on the bottom for the last 15 years, it started to make some strange noises so it was time to get a new refrigerator.
In November purchased a side by side. And I was very disappointed with the size and the poor job of cooling. I ordered a digital refrigerator that recorded the high and low temp of the frig/freezer and I did not like the readings I set the temp to -3 for the freezer and it would not get any cooler.
Fast forward, I purchased this 4 door and it is very powerful Samsung. I tested the temp and it went to -8 very fast, all of the other features are fantastic. You have control over the temp and a visual read out on the front with easy to use controls.
My friends stopped by yesterday with a large pizza in a 18.5" X 18.5" when we got done eating there were a few pieces left so I opened the FlexZone drawer and it fit with room to spare.

ICE MAKER

DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ICE MAKER. NOISY WHEN IT MAKES ICE AND DROPS IT. VERY DIFFICULT TO PULL OUT THE THE ICE BUCKET. ALSO ICE CUBES HAVE CRYSTALS ON THEM AND SOMETIMES MIXED WITH CRUSHED ICE, WHICH WE DO NOT USE.

Love the 4 door feature

love this refrigerator, only one problem I am having is to get the one shelf to release so I can make it for larger items.
Husband loves the pull out drawer keeps his beer and lunch items there and with able to see them things don't get lost in the back of the refrigerator.

Love this fridge

This one cost more than I intended to spend, but I LOVE it. I have had no issues with the icemaker or the water dispenser dripping. It works great, runs quiet and it looks wonderful in my kitchen! Very happy.
