[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I absolutely love the refrigerator. Samsung as a finance company is absolute GARBAGE. TWO HOURS on hold to correct THEIR MISTAKE. No apologies, just lots of excuses. I actually bought other Samsung products NOT THROUGH SAMSUNG due to their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy access and transformable shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator about six months ago. I like the way the shelves adjust to different conformations. The drawer is a great option for meats, keeping them separated from the main compartment.

still leaks water into ice dispenser

when you request ice from the dispenser, the first thing that comes out is a bit of water.

Ice Maker Freezes Appliance stopped working

i am so disappointed in this product. the cost of this appliance was more than any other appliance i have every purchased. it worked perfectly until the 1 year warranty was up. the ice maker stopped working ( this is a known problem with a class action suit)
today ( less then 5 years of ownership), the whole thing stopped working. i have put in for a service call but i am pretty sure i will be dumping samsung and going with another product. lg has a manufacture warranty on their appliance for 7 years. i put up with making my own ice for 3 years, i just want a product that will keep my food cold, my frozen food frozen, and an ice maker that is designed to work properly.
