Only had it a couple of days but I very pleased based on reading a million reviews of other refrigerators. The only noise I hear, so far, is the ice cubes hitting the basket!
Pros: quiet
Cons: expensive for a household fridge

I'm so glad I finally bought this...had a picture of it hanging in my office for 2 years! It fit perfectly in the limited space designed for the fridge. I've only had it for a couple of weeks but so far it is everything I hoped it would be. I'm still shuffling things around and learning the best ways to organize it for my needs. I really like the 4th door/drawer...so convenient. I occasionally hear the ice drop but its not loud...I don't hear the motor as I've read that some do. The most important thing to me is the ice maker, which in today's products, seems to be iffy...so far, so good...time will tell.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, flex zone drawer, attractive

My Samsung 33 inch French door fridge is beautiful. The interior is organized and the lighting is very nice. Very happy with our purchase. The only complaint is that the icemaker is slow in dispensing the ice. It does show fingerprints, but not difficult to keep clean.

We really like our fridge. For what we paid it is an extremely good value. There are a few usability items that could be improved. In the middle slide out drawer there are cross dividers that slide, so you can adjust the sizing of the compartments, but it doesn't lock in place and the kids are always bumping it. Soft packages travel from one compartment to the other making it difficult to keep organized. We could use some more slots for adjusting shelves in the main fridge. Within the freezer drawer there's a little drawer to provide additional organization, but the drawer isn't on extended rails. It only comes out about half the way of the main drawer. Its challenging seeing whats in the drawer. Overall we're able to organize our food items well, the glass shelves make it easy to see whats in the fridge. Most of the shelves are easy to remove and clean. Overall we're pleased with the product.
My recent experience with customer service was wonderful. I tried cleaning the shelf above the crisper drawers and when I placed in the sink it shattered into a million pieces. the glass hit the porcelain sink and the vibration resonated in the glass causing it shattered. I opened a service request and I got a response within a couple of days. After a general review with the rep, and getting my ticket number I got a call within a few hours from a rep that setup replacement of the glass. He was considerate, understood the problem, and setup shipping. We got the replacement and they actually replaced the whole shelf. The design is a little different, but the new shelf slides in much easier, and the wheels for the crisper drawers are anchored by screws rather than all plastic. Our product is dates April 2014 and they're already making improvements to the product. Not only did they take care of our issue quickly, they went above and beyond, and I will continue to be a Samsung customer.

The Best design I've ever seen! Well thought of ergonomics and well planned for space. The door layout is incredible! Love the LED lighting and every square is seen without effort. The Mid Drawer is fantastic utilizing well thought space for immediate grab for yogurt and cheese sticks....and my bologna sandwiches...nice easy access. All the utilities feel solid and sense very good quality throughout. Control/information panel is well displayed and ease of using the control. One detail would be nice is an water shutoff valve to change the filter. Well done Samsung! I've put on the top of my list in researching appliances and electronics.

This refrigerator is only 33" wide because I don't have a small kitchen and it is a perfect fit.This item has the same nice features as the large size. Nice handle design, excellent storage.
