Lots of space

Very deep, lots of door space, and I love the ice maker and water dispenser in the door . Also it is very quiet can't even hear it running.

I write this review to highlight the quality of Samsung refrigerators, but more importantly the level of dedication/commitment to the products & its customers.
We recently had some issues with our Samsung refrigerator that Samsung Service Technician (Tim) came to troubleshoot. Upon a detailed analysis of the issue, it was determined that it was a manufacturing quality issue, I'm in manufacturing, it happens so Samsung decided best to replace the product instead of going down the road of potential constant follow up calls for this particular issue.
It's what I would have done as a service manager myself, but they made the call to do it. It displayed a level of commitment to the product/quality/image as a top notch consumer company that I have not seen before. I will continue to buy Samsung products based on this recent event because I want to feel like a partner when I purchase big dollar items that are intended to last for awhile.
As a final note, Tim the technician was one of the most technically proficient, professional, dedicated service tech's I've had to my house. I would hire this guy for my own company if he was available, he did not talk in codes but like someone trained in electronics service.

Great size and features

Good fit for limited space and door opening next to a wall. Improved ability to access the freezer and improved freezer capacity. Love the drawers and improved access. Plenty of room!

Enjoying my new Samsung French Door Refigerator

So far we are really enjoying the new Samsung French Door Refrigerator. Our water supply is from a well and the water pressure is low, but it is still great to be able to get some ice and water in a very short time. I found out the temperature was too low, as eggs stored against the back wall were slightly frozen, brought the temp up a degree and it is ok now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice fridge, nice features and quite expensive as they made it run very quiet! Design is nice for folks like me with a bad back! One of my main selling points was how quiet it WAS. There is already a motor or fan going bad and it growls (loud) almost all the time. We will be calling customer service and either getting it fixed or replaced. I expect a $2k refrigerator to be well built and last for many years. SO FAR NOT IMPRESSED
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, problems in first 2 weeks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love my new refridgerator! Proud to own! The center drawer is an awesome feature that adds class to the refridgerator! The crusted ice is not a fine as I like, but it's ok.

I based my purchase on expert reviews as well as customer reviews on this and other sites. I love the refrigerator - it is quiet and very well-designed. I had to pick something that fits in the space and this unit fits perfectly (although we had to relocate the cabinetry above the fridge - refrigerators are taller than they used to be). I love the drawer feature - my wine bottles used to take up most of the top shelf in my old refrigerator and that drastically cut shelf space. Now they are in the drawer and they fit perfectly, along with flatter items such as yogurt, butter, cheese sticks, etc. There is plenty of room and the shelves are adjustable.
The freezer is cavernous! With the deep freezer bins, the on-door storage and the drawer that rests over the bins, there is almost more space than I could use.
I have had no trouble with the icemaker...I get crushed when I want crushed and cubed when I want cubed. There is never a shortage of ice.
Pros: efficient use of space, keeps produce fresh noticeably longer, the drawer! s it's all about the drawer!
Cons: haven't noticed anything
