Terrible Refrigerator

We've owned this refrigerator for approx two years and have had it worked on three times now. The back panel in the refrigerator part has some sort of glitch, that freezes up and causes the fan to make a terribly loud noise for several days, then it eventually stops working, thus causing the fridge to stop cooling. According to my highly knowledgeable appliance repair man, this is a glitch in certain year models of this design. I paid way too much for this refrigerator, to have this happen. Samsung, you've lost another customer.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ice maker headache

we bought this refrigerator in dec 2019 and we been having problems with the ice maker, it constantly freezes, it won’t make ice and it gets stuck. we tired of it please help.

Buyer beware

Make sure you buy an extended warranty for this thing, because you will be using it OFTEN. We have owned this refrigerator for a year now and have had to have it serviced 3 times. Twice for the ice maker and once to replace the electrical panel. And I don’t believe we just happened to get a lemon, because the service technician told me that these were all common problems that people have been having.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, breaks down frequently

Ice Maker replaced multiple times, issues continue

The ice maker is a known problem. I have had 3 ice makers in the past 14 months and they all do the same thing. They slowly start leaking and then jam up with ice to the point the auger can't move. My last ice maker was replaced 10 days again and I looked today and guess, what?... It is leaking again and the ice is building back up .

Poor ice maker design

10 months after buying, ice maker froze up. tech installed fix. 6 months later, it froze again. even though the original warranty repair was covered, this was not. .

i filled my new home with all new samsung products. this refrigerator is the biggest disappointment. i could deal at first but now ice maker has broken 3 months after warrenty expired.

Samsung Products are Defective

i have had a samsung fridge for 4 years. i have had nothing but problems with it. and samsung cannot fix them. nor will they replace/refund my fridge. save yourself the headache and never buy samsung.
