Love the double oven feature

I've been using this oven for a few months and am generally satisfied with the product. The double oven feature is great - I love not waiting for an entire oven to heat when I only have a single item. The convection feature (bottom oven only) greatly reduced cooking time and improves results. You do have to be careful with using it for items that generate a lot of oil (like roasted chicken) as the grease gets blown throughout the oven and makes cleaning a constant effort. But that goes w/the territory. My only issue is with the middle griddle - the heating element does not seem powerful enough to heat the griddle adequately. I would also have liked some additional options for the fitted griddle pan. Overall, very happy with the product.

So i had a microwave that hadnt cleaned in at least a year. Gross i know. Every time i looked in there i dreaded the thought of cleaning it. As you can tell in the before pictures (top and bottom left) it was a disaster zone. But with this magic stuff it wasn't even fives minutes til my microwave looked like new. I sprayed it in there and waited two minutes. I wiped it down worth a soft sponge and then dried it. And now look at that microwave!! :) Now on to my range, I'm writing this review as I'm cleaning. So far I'm letting it sit for five minutes because there is a ton of grease splatter. Five minutes are done. So i use the sponge and paper towel. This stuff is awesome!! Take a look at the before and after pictures. Top and bottom left are before. Top right is in the process and bottom right is after (keep in mind the brown/black rings around the burners are scorch marks, they can't be cleaned off). I love love love this stuff!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do NOT buy this oven!!

We bought this oven less than two years ago and TWICE we have had to have a technician come repair the lower oven. Both times there was a loud noise and a bust of flame then the oven totally died. Both times just before Easter which makes cooking Easter dinners very difficult!!
Also, the upper oven has very inconsistent heating so some parts will overcook while other parts are undercooked.
Broiling feature is very poor.

Worst ever range

We had this oven for four years and it’s Ignitor has had to be replace four times. This last time was on thanksgiving day while cooking the turkey. Not dependable at all. Do not waste your money.

terrible reliability, igniter and control board

At 6 years old, igniter failed, then two months later, control board failed. Same problem as others have reported. Trying to decide whether to fix or dump it. Very disappointing quality.
As for when it did work, burner heat was much lower than expected. Upper oven heated very slowly. Expected better. Bought it for the design and double oven, but it did not deliver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Besides the fact that it is from a USA Company, this is a well thought out appliance. Everything is where you want it, functional and easy to operate. We have had this Range for 4 months and it has performed very well. One draw back, reason for a 4 star in performance, is the warm up time of the upper oven. Takes longer for the smaller oven, than the large. A family of two uses the smaller oven more often and there fore it is more noticeable. A little pricy, but otherwise a standing ovation.

The different size cook top burners provides the perfect combination for the different requirements when cooking a meal. The very low settings are good for keeping food hot without overcooking. The controls are clear and work great.

These burners and the two ovens make cooking a pleasure.
All the controls on the front is one of the best features. (Nothing to catch splatter on the back of the range.)
The stainless steel top is very easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an above average, ambitious cook/baker and I absolutely love this range. It's everything I could ever want, offering two ovens in one and five exceptionally great burners for the small kitchen it's in. The long one in the center puts a burner where I never had one on any range I ever owned before and is great for grilling or using some of my oblong lidded pots for cooking large stove,top meals. The ovens cook remarkably well for someone like me who is picky how baking turns out. This range is high tech and offers a big bang for it's price range. Check out the demos online and see for yourself. That's how I chose it over others. It wins hands down. If I had nay complaint it would be that I wish the front control panel lit up so I could see the controls better but it's completely tolerable compared to what I get out of this stove. I'm thrilled.
