I bought this for my new home and love it. Had some problems at the onset w/the regulator, but think that was more the builder's issue than the product.

Originally purchased this product for a kitchen remodel. I had some problems with a delayed bottom oven igniting. The customer service department was wonderful. After several attempts to remedy the problem it was taking too long for the service contractor to complete the work so they replaced my product and gave me an entirely new one. Customer service reps for GE were outstanding. I had a good follow up throughout the entire process

Double Oven Trouble

Last fall while completely redoing my kitchen, I bought the entire GE Café Series -- especially for the range's double ovens. They have proved convenient when cooking big meals, but I'm having trouble with baking. I recalibrated the temperatures according to the guidelines in the instructions, but cookies don't cook evenly.
I love the cooktop, both appearance and performance. It looks great and is easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost couldn't be happier with this oven/range

I wanted two ovens and could not fit or power in my house without major expense so this seemed like perfect option. Mostly it is. It takes a little getting used to only having a broiler in the top, smaller oven. There are some items where a few minutes broiling would be the perfect finish but they are too big to fit in the smaller oven. Otherwise, love the cook top and temperature control of ovens.

I am not pleased with the overall build quality. When initially removed from the box, a couple of small screws had apparently loosened and were lying on the bottom of the box. A couple more were loose on the chassis. Within the first month the interior lamps burnt out. The larger cooktop burners are too intense for everyday cooking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
