Less than 3 yrs old and constantly breaking.

I bought the entire cafe series less than 3 yrs ago. Was really pretty happy with it at first. The top oven is a little too small. Burns the bottoms of whatever flat thing you're baking. And i say "flat" because it needs to be a cookie sheet or shallow dish. But I resolved to only use it for warming and consider it a lesson learned. However, in the last 4 months the igniter has cracked 3 times. And now the gas valve needs replacing as well. Not only does this appliance start dying well before it should, but the replacement parts are priced too high for this model AND seem to be mostly lemons. I've never been so disgusted. I'll NEVER purchase another GE appliance. Matter of fact, my Café microwave has already died and been replaced with a different brand.
All in all, buy a different brand. I wish I had!

Steady heat, love the convection oven

I purchased in Feb. 2016, it a wonderful oven. I do have one negative, the bottom oven light stopped working after I had it for 2 months. I had a cheap oven on the bulb never burned out after 17 yrs.
I would recommend this to a friend!
