Exterior of stove gets extremely hot and heat fried matching microwave control panel plus ruined adjacent cabinet doors.

We bought this model for numerous reasons. It has gas and electric, convection and a griddle. Two ovens, a smaller one that saves energy when a large oven is not required. Easy self explanatory controls.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this a few months ago - love the fact you can cook at two different temps at the same time. Made a turkey in the lower oven and used the temp probe - it came out great in the convection oven.

Cheap and broken

This oven worked for less than a year before the heating element burned out. I’ve had a technician out five times in the past year to fix, and now a year later it’s broken again. We bought it in April 2016, fixed in March 2017, and April 2017, and again in July 2017. Oven just broke again and we have the same technician scheduled to come out again in January 2019. Unbelievable. Run away! Buyer beware.
