We have had our HP8600 printer for many years and it is the best printer we every had. The last thing we want to do is potentially compromising the print quality with inferior ink. HP ink is pricey - but the reliability aspect is worth it for us.
I was very happy with the delivery time and the product
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this a month or more ago and happy I did. Came with a plastic bag to put a good bit of old cartridges in to send back and dispose of properly. Easy to install, easy to take out especially if you're lucky enough to have a newer age printer.
This product doesn't work. I got yellow ink all over my hands when installing it, and I paid 3 times as much for the product. I will not buy this ink again. I also have already reviewed this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Kathy,
I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with the cartridge. I can understand if you are disappointed.
If it appears that the poor performance is due to a damaged or defective cartridge, please return it. Our return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
we print 99% in black and white but we're forced to purchase yellow so that we can print at all. Totally bogus!

Hello,
I am sorry that you cannot print because a cartridge is too low on ink. That does sound frustrating, but that feature will protect your printer from damage.
There are advantages and disadvantages to different types of printers. Many people prefer the ones like yours, with separate ink cartridges, because you only have to replace each single color as it runs out. To get more information about why you can't print when a cartridge is depleted, you can reference this online document: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04331666
When you only want to print in black and white, you can change the settings to print black only. Now, you will still (very rarely) have to get color cartridges because the tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper will clog unless they are cleared regularly. When you are not using a color, the printer will have to use a tiny bit of ink during maintenance to clear the nozzles for that color.
My printer told me this cartridge was not full when I installed it.
