I order new ink and my printer keeps telling me the ink is defective. Don't know what to do. Have follow all trouble shooting procedures, nothing works.

Hi,
I am sorry that the cartridges haven't worked right. I can understand if you are frustrated.
One thing that could help is resetting the printer by unplugging it while it is still on, waiting a bit and then plugging it back in.
