The only complaint I have is that the “quad” that includes black ink was sold out and now I have to purchase it separately.

The ink cartridges are wonderful. They last a long while and provide clear, vibrant print. But, where are the recycling mailers that used to be provided for the used cartridges. I now am left with having to throw the used cartridges in the trash where they will wind up in landfill.
