[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in 2016 and it worked well and quietly for 5 years. Recently, the compressor died. Turns out the program was making it work too hard. The technician was able to get here in a few days, updated the program and replaced the compressor in an hour. Working great once again. Glad I didn't have to replace it. It has plenty of space and is configured well for my needs. One star deduction for the program issue, but that should be fixed for ones sold today.

We bought the fridge about one and half ago and it's great,it is so big I still have a hard time finding stuff in it, every thing works great and we'll never run out of ice cubes,we love it and are so glad we bought it.plenty of room on the side for all the grandkids fotos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my LG fridge 4 1/2 years ago. I had never regretted spending extra for exactly what I wanted. It has been the best fridge of many I’ve owned. Right up until the compressor failed and I learned LG had lost a class action lawsuit including this model. The tech informed me LG would replace the circuit board, and a higher quality compressor at no cost to me. (Because it failed within 5 yrs of purchase.) Plus the tech would warranty the work for 90 days. It took 30 days start to finish, but now my fridge is back to working great. Sadly, most of the plastic shelves (inside the doors) now have small plastic tabs that are broken. My son and mother each purchased a similar model (different brand) around the same time. They have not had any issues with the shelves or compressor. I still love my fridge, but would think long and hard before buying LG again.

The only issue we have had in 5 years has been the ice maker but when reported LG had it repaired ASAP and made sure we were happy with the service. It will be a while before we purchase another but look forward to what LG will have to offer by then.

My granddaughter picked this out for me. Its looks good but sticks out like a sore thumb in my all while old fashioned kitchen. I don't like the 2 door design and find the 2 door design is awkward to enter the inside of the fridge. I do think the design of the freezer very nice & iike the freezer 2 drawer design nice & very convenient to use!

We contacted Lg they quickly sent someone to fix the problem they changed the compressor & condenser worked fine for a few months then again with the same problem. We contacted Lg again they quickly sent someone determined it was unable to be fixed & gave us a refund. We were satisfied with the overall experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought an LG refrigerator in November 2018 to replace a 6 year old KitchenAide. The LG lasted 3.5 years before losing all refrigerant. All food in freezer was total loss. Wish someone made a refrigerator that lasted at least 10 years.
