This printer has many great features and is very easy to use and the initial set up was a breeze. My only thought would be that it does not have a photo printing option on it otherwise I am very happy with my purchase and the price was good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for my office needs- I took a chance and moved down from a full color laser in order to also move away from my older fax/scanner/printer combo and now only have one machine. Installation and set up was a no-brainer - quality is just what I need for routine business operations. No complaints on printing speed-added value in that the color is a nice change from usual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Performance - Full Function Quality Built

This full service work station is invaluable in its simplicity and ease. The functions are in one place at the time they are needed. Love the fact that I can receive a fax and immediately convert it into my files. The printing in high quality and very speedy. The two trays are also very useful for me as I have a need for different papers/envelopes at one time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 3rd HP printer and, after having tried others, I am assured that HP makes the most reliable products. I just wish the ink was cheaper.

This printer does everything!

I am amazed at the capabilities of this printer. There are new things I am finding everyday and enjoy its ease of use.
At first, I did not care for the apps, but I set one up to print coloring pages a couple of times a week. Now my daughter looks every morning to see if new pages were printed. Might be a slight waste of paper/ink, but it is worth it.
One other thing, this printer is huge! Especially with the additional tray. I am replacing a 7 year old HP 7280 (best printer I've owned so far) and the footprint of this new printer is twice as big. It isn't too bad if you set aside the removable 2nd tray, but that was part of the reason for this purchase.
Since it is brand new, I am curious about ink usage. Other than that, my relationship with this HP printer has been great so far.

We had the 8500 and loved it. The 8600 is that good and better. Prints beautifully from mobile devices.
