Does the Job Well!

First time user of this product and I have to say, "Well done!" We like a variety of coffee beans. This little grinder can make the "fine"coffee you'll need for 10 cups in less than the recommended time of 16 seconds. Also does Expresso grind in less than 30 seconds.
Only one down side, wish this little grinder was a Big grinder.

when the little plastic clips that hold the switch to the lid break - you're done. Cost of replacement is equal to cost of new machine. It's always the weakest link that fails.

my first complaint would be that the ground coffee sticks to the bottom of the grinding cup under the blade after a person has just ground the fresh beans. and today the black stick part that is attached to the clear top cup broke off. And we have been so carefull about that as we have been worried about it since we got the grinder. There seems to be no fix to this problem. I think it is a very poor desighn.. The reason for that black handle thing is to enact the safety pin so that a person does not hurt themselves grinding coffee.just wish it could have worked better

Please redesign the cord storage feature. It is difficult and time consuming to manipulate the cord into the area. When I first used the grinder I took a look to see how the storage was set up and decided I didn't have time to fuss with it. So, it was left with the cord dangling from the machine. Today I did take the time and found that it was a fiddley thing to do. I am not sure what the process of removing it will involve, but I am not looking forward to it.

This grinder is made only for looks and not function. It has a very modern design with an intigrated switch button. This is where the probllems start. The swiitcch button is supposed to stay on the cover cap while griding but there is no real connection between the two. They are only held together with very poor snap fit which constantly fallls appart. I find myself constantly puting the switch button back on the lid.There are no locking tabs holding clear plastic lid on while grinding. I believe there is a possibility the lid could come off while grinding as the start button so easily separates from the switch button. Also the tapered shape of the lid makes it very difficult to hang on to if your hands are dry or slipery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a good product, but for one thing.

This product is great except for the design flaw in the lid. The lid is plastic and has a small plastic piece that locks is place in order to press and grind. If the lid is not put on exactly right, the piece will break and your grinder cannot be used since the "button" is broken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought it one year ago, works well until the pulse control piece of plastic broke off...its just held by two thin plastic studs and one of them broke off....now you have to hold the handle in place to use the pulse action.

I bought this grinder a few years ago. It is easy to use and clean. I have only used it a handful of times.
However, the part of the lid that has the pulse control has broken off. Now it is not possible to use the product.
