I purchased this GE microwave in January and in May, after barely 4 months , it stopped working. This is the first time I have ever had this problem. I’m very unhappy and disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Appearance is attractive.

We had our previous microwave for 32 years and sadly it met its demise. We are not used to a microwave with so many options and it is a bit overwhelming and confusing. The features we have used (basic features) are working and useful. We are disappointed that we no longer have two tier shelving inside which makes heating more than one item difficult.
