Our last GE microwave lasted us over 13 years! So we knew we had to buy another GE.

Purchased one of these in 2016, worked perfectly fine until the food wheel stopped spinning due to user error (I used too much force during cleaning). Loved it so much, just recently purchased the exact same one to replace the old one. It is HUGE, good for large-sized meals. I find that doing 30 second intervals works better at warming more evenly than just doing minutes at a time. But it is not necessary to do it that way. Favorite microwave ever owned. Love GE brand, as I have a matching Gas Stove.

Its good, but I have 2 complaints. First, the display is hard to read for an adult standing next to the unit, while making touch pad settings. The body shrouds the display so you have to bend over a good bit to read it, I'm 5-10. Second, the layout of the touch pad isn't very intuitive, IMHO. Besides that it works great and looks great.
