This worked fine until just under two years and the door latch broke. Looking for parts but I'm sure it will be cheaper and easier to just replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older version of this microwave for nearly a decade until it started to rust. I loved it! The features, the size, etc. Naturally, I hoped that this one would hold up for a few years. I purchased it in October 2024 and in November 2025 it just stopped working. I’m so disappointed and will probably just move on from GE.

Worst Microwave I ever owned

Owned this unit for a little over 2 yrs using it primarily to warm up coffee and leftovers. Today it started making a loud noise sounding llike it was going burst into flames. Other brands last around 10yrs.

Power level adjustments suck.

Why did this updated 2.0 cu.ft. model disable the simple power level change when oven is in countdown which the prior 2.0 model had? We loved the previous 2.0 model but had to get a smaller model because the new system is VERY inconvenient!
