Love the large capacity

I love the way I can warm up several small casseroles at one time.
I do have some problems with defrosting and power levels.

Love the quick push buttons for 30 secs or a minute since that is basically what we use the microwave for. Highly recommended!

We have had this microwave for 6 months and it does done everything asked of it and done it well. We are very pleased since we were skeptical after having grown quite attached to our previous and only model of 35 years. But this microwave heats faster and more efficiently (no hot spots, yeah!) and has many more options like a dependable, easy to use defrost button. It even accommodates my longest casserole which was one of my main concerns when we began searching for a new microwave oven. All in all, we could not be happier and are so glad that we purchased this microwave oven from GE.

I bought this a few month ago and has heating up food without any issues. Great buy. I can actually big enough items in there without heating multiple times.
